Couldn't be more frustrated with @AmericanExpress. Just applied for a Delta Reserve card. Got approved. Got approve for instant card number. Then given the run around and nobody at customer service can help me. Social team, can you help? I'm beyond frustrated.

@AskAmex That's the thing. I clicked that button and haven't received anything. No cardmember agreement or anything. So I don't have my card number to start paying anything. And I can't log into your system.

@AskAmex It said I was eligible to get my instant card number now. I clicked that button and it took me to a page asking for my 3 digit number (which I obviously don't have) and it seems nobody can help me.

@AskAmex And even worse, nobody at the call center would help. Can I rush the physical mailing of the card as a worst case if you can't get me my card number? How can no supervisors help?

@AskAmex After approval, I clicked button to get instant card number. Now its asking for 3-digit number on back of card for security, but I literally don't have my card #. I'm hoping to pay my taxes with this card.
