@Victorianplumb Are refusing to answer my direct messages regarding my order. £700 out of pocket and they don’t want to know. Utterly disgraceful @TradeStandards@MartinSLewis@BBCNews so many customers facing the same issue!

@Victorianplumb Absolutely shocking customer service!!! Ordered weeks ago and have had no update on delivery date. Live chat is zero help. The agent said today the company is having ‘serious issues’ which is worrying. Why are you taking orders you can’t fulfil?
