@British_Airways I try to go to https://t.co/stNZrA9iaY to leave a compliment for a crew member and it doesn’t work!! This is while connected to the on board WiFi - it just redirects you to the WiFi packages screen (even tho I’ve paid for a full flight pass).
@British_Airways trying to make an Avios booking & get “sorry an error occurred” after payment page. Try to restart & get the below. Yes tried different browsers, computers & cleared cookies. Call the Gold line - asked 3 separate times to enter my BA number by the IVR. So useless

@British_Airways my husband has just come from a funeral and left a suit carrier in Club Europe on board G-EUYW which arrived at LHR about an hour ago. Any way to get a message to your ground staff? It arrived at LHR T3 gate 316 tonight. Please help!
@AddisonLeeCabs utterly pointless using your company. I pre book and you call me 10 minutes after the arrival time to say no driver is available and it will be another 30 minutes. Absolutely pathetic - not even Uber is that bad.
