- Claude is often better at writing
- Claude follows instructions better
- Artifacts make it easier to create and update output in Claude

2. Gather the data you want to use in the template
3. Create a project in Claude
4. Upload the templates and the data in Claude's content language
5. Ask Claude to apply the data to the content
6. Add more data and more templates
7. Repeat

No matter how impressive tools like ChatGPT and Claude are at generating text, they will produce bland text by default. You notice that when you use the same prompts all the time. Like inexperienced interns, they need guidance and instructions.

Writing proposals is copywriting. And just like with a sales letter, don't start with the price and try to justify it. Instead, start with the value, the results, and tell the story of what it can do for your client. Then the price. If you have a 10:1 ROI, it's hard to say no.

Delete one sentence at a time until the first sentence isn't boring. If you go through the entire introduction and lede without finding one, rethink your piece.

Most survey questions are boring to create. With Claude's artifacts, you can create a complete survey in a few minutes and then tweak it until it meets your needs. Just tell Claude your survey's goal, your audience, and go. Yeah, ChatGPT can do it too. But Claude's more fun.
