@AshleyHomeStore my husband and I made a substantial purchase in 9/2020; 2leather sofas, 2leather chairs 1 ottoman. 3/2021 still waiting on 1sofa 1chair & ottoman. We canceled and requested our down punt returned and credit for balance. The run around we are getting has me dizzy.
