I ordered Hedwig on July 7th and my order went from the warehouse to processing then back to the warehouse!! @ErinSkolte @IKEAUSAHelp Same problem! @IKEAUSAHelp said to send them a DM....that was over 10 hours ago! Still haven't heard anything. They are to busy sending "we have higher than normal orders, dms, blah blah" instead of fixing the actual issues their customers have!!!

@IKEAUSAHelp Ordered online w/click & collect option on Monday (6/8) w/a pick up of (6/9: 1p-5p.) Order confirmation email states to wait for 2nd email saying order is ready for pickup. Never received 2nd email. Will my order be cancelled after the 24hrs from pickup date?
