@CristieTalks @genvc@AmandiOnAir@JoyAnnReid Yeah okay. You do realize Texas could eat 5 Georgias. We have HUGE rural counties. I think it can be done, we almost did it in 2018. But it’s not as easy as Georgia. We have tons of counties and geographically it’s a tall order. Comparing GA to TX is absurd!
@b_soth @AmandiOnAir Texas-More than half of the population is blue. However, there are all these rural red counties. Those rural counties get spliced in with sections of the great metropolitan areas which are predominantly blue to make our voting districts.
@Melissa94432101 @TimJMasterson @tedcruz I wasn’t saying “are you through?” I was saying “are you though?” As a response to your statement that you were “to(o) smart to act ignorant”. My response was “Are you though?” Anyway.. go ahead you were telling me how I need to learn to read and spell...etc.
@NamesTim@tedcruz I know. It’s almost like people expect him to be supporting the community he represents instead of going on vacation. Almost like we live in a Republic where it’s the people’s job to hold elected officials accountable. @tedcruz
@tedcruz Are you??! Because last I checked you took a vacation while millions of Texans were literally freezing in the cold without clean water and heat. #ResignTedCruz
@tedcruz You are the absolute WORST senator this state has ever had. Cant wait to vote against you! Be a good Dad and show your kid that your oath and responsibility come first when you are an elected representative! #ResignTedCruz
@StephenKing Gerrymandering has made it practically impossible to elect a state representative that is not a Republican. The rural counties have all the power to elect our leaders even though we outnumber them.
