Dr. Joseph Galati has been noticing a very alarming trend growing in the last 10-15 years in America
“Physicians are not examining their patients anymore? That's like a thing of the past. When I see patients, every single patient gets in a gown and they're examined from head to toe. And patients will ask, "What are you going to do to me?" And I'll ask them, "Hasn't your other doctors been examining you?" And they're like, "No, they just sit and talk to me."”
This is mainly driven by insurance companies
- Doctors have to have quick appointments, often times 10-15 minute slots
- Testing and medications have much higher reimbursement rates so they go with those over lengthy exams
We need to kick big money out of healthcare
Tim Dillon: “Is Iran the reason that no one can afford a house? Is Iran the reason that there's fentanyl everywhere? When your insurance won't cover a knee operation is your main concern Iran? This is the craziest sh*t I've ever heard.”
Speaking to reporters after today’s hearing in front of the House Judiciary Committee by Attorney General Pam Bondi regarding the Epstein Files, Republican Rep. Thomas Massie said: “I provided the evidence today that shows that his statements were false under oath. Kash Patel's statements were false. They are in possession, they were in possession, and they're still in possession of evidence that other men participated in the sex trafficking… She didn't answer anything. She came here just ready to talk about the Dow Jones and the Nasdaq, which seems kind of crazy to me.”
From @fcastofthemonth
"This is totally inexcusable. The BLS just assumed rent/OER were zero for October. I am sure they have a good technical explanation for this, but the only way you get a two-month average for rent of 0.06% and OER at 0.135% is assuming October was zero. There is just no world in which this was a good idea, but here we are."
Ooh… exciting… because nothing says disciplined reinvention of the country like eliminating gambling taxes… do tips paid to prostitutes at casinos qualify for tax refunds? Ffs… what are we doing???

HARVARD STUDY FINDS HIGHER DEATH RATES IN EMERGENCY ROOMS OF PRIVATE-EQUITY-OWNED HOSPITALS
Yea well.. not surprising. You take coach of the year 4 years ago that turned around a trash franchise and partner him with one of the smartest football organizations this century and it’s not surprising they’re running on all cylinders. What is surprising is that TN let him go in favor of Ran Carthon.
UNBELIEVABLE!
