@MarkHeath45 Speaking as a retired nurse, Itโs IV antibiotics that you need now. I donโt think the orals are going to cut it no matter what they are. Last thing you want is to be starting the new year with pneumonia/sepsis. Please reconsider hospital admission.
@smoothmelanin That my kids were clearly happy themselves, werenโt hungry and had, had enough interaction to tire out both their minds & bodies. Coupled with the fact they felt safe, relaxed and secure enough with him/her to sleep in the first place. Would make me a very happy & thankful Mom.

As a former paediatric nurse it breaks my heart to see what has become of our NHS What was once a godsend for many is now being destroyed from the top down. Bevan would be turning in his grave to see what a mockery is being made of his legacy.

Then years later when cancer reared its ugly head again, he was treated with a different one, and kept a full head of hair. So, yes it is possible not to lose your hair during chemotherapy
