@remiehneppoavih Marc is less likely. The other challenge is that McLaren/Lando always renew early and for quite a few years - so other teams don’t always know the window is open. And sometimes it’ll be little more than price comparison

And McLaren heavily sponsor funded - amusing if higher salary => more media days sponsors events => nah, I’m good thanks! He was there when McLaren got close to bankrupt. Lando knows his worth but loves his team.

@50deadroses Somewhere has already said salary was getting discussed from end June. And I think Lando (and Oscar) have always been sorted out a year in advance - it’s not like some drivers/teams where it’s sorted out (or not) during the final year.
