A local school did the decent thing and made its facilities available to a group of refugees over Christmas, when the school was closed.

@eir @eircare can you please explain why an agent was advised via email that a new order had to be placed by the customer & he never followed up to advise same. If I didn’t contact your team today, I would be waiting for a phone that isn’t coming. 10 working days for a refund??

@eir have the worst Customer Service team I’ve ever experienced. I ordered an upgrade online (charging me €200 more in store) & they sent me out the wrong colour. Contacted them & after 3 calls, I was told I could send it back in an insured bag and they’d send out correct colour

I asked to speak to a manger on multiple occasions and I was advised they’re too busy and have more important issues to be dealing with. Nearly 3 weeks have passed and I still have no phone and no refund. Their customer service is appalling and I would advise everyone to AVOID
