I wonder if “image rights” are a French thing?

Because when I see non-French UGC Creators talking about UGC, you never talk about the fact that your image is going to be used in ads, but only about MAKING the content 🤔

In France, the image right means you can control how your appearance in a photo or video is used, you need permission for commercial or advertising purposes :)

So when we charge UGC usage rights, we also include a « cession de droits à l’image »
