Completed my first triathlon on Monday (sprint distance) in Winchester.
Enormous fun and very well organised by @ReesLeisure.
The great thing about doing your first is that you are guaranteed a PB 😉. I was very slow...

Completed my first full marathon of the year on Sunday, the ABP Southampton Marathon. Brilliantly organised by @ReesLeisure.
Managed to take another chunk out of my PB.

My first 'official' run of 2023, the Jurassic Express Half Marathon in Dorset yesterday. Brilliantly organised by @ukrunningevents. Fantastic scenery along the cliffs and hills of Purbeck (over 500m of ascent) . The event even included a trip on a heritage steam railway. Perfect.
