If no constructive, formative feedback is given during the semester, and assessment is only accomplished through high-stakes exams and electronic homework -why do we expect constructive feedback on student evaluations of teaching?

@BryanDoppel We recently changed our titles to Instructional Consultants. We believe it better reflects the relationship we have with the educator, the course content and the technology. We can support and advise based on learning pedagogy and tech ecosystem.
@LindsayMasland In my mind yes..faculty is all inclusive. However, not only does the term hold a lot of baggage for some people but in many countries it isn't used to refer to an individual. So we've started to use the term "educators" to be more inclusive, descriptive, and avoid confusion.

I don’t think everyone remembers that Zelensky was the leader on the other end of the “I want you to do me a favor though” phone call. I sense the first impeachment sounded kinda obscure to some people. But withholding lethal aid was both an actual crime and a moral crime.
