BELOW is communication that @UNM @UNMHSC @UNM_CON Dr. Sasha Poole carried out a SANCTIONED ATTACK against my Pregnant Wife, Nicole "Nikki" Smith, @LeadNMtoVictory & OUR Unborn Child.
FORMER UNM CON HR Director Delana Mannion even sent a smiley-face emoji when bringing up that Attack a month before it occurred! 👇
Dr. Sasha Poole (the attacker) states this Attack was SANCTIONED by UNM Counsel, UNM HR, & UNM HSC Leadership! 👇
The Attack was carried out on 04.24.26, 5 days before my daughter Ziana was scheduled to be delivered by C-section due to complications & they DEMANDED that my wife see her Attackers & Return her UNM Badge, Keys, etc. within 9 Days of Giving Birth, with ZERO ALTERNATIVES GIVEN! 👇
UNM CAUSED HARM & SEE ALL THE NAMES & UNM ORGANIZATIONS WHO KNEW!!! 👀👇
This Attack occurred at the Nursing Institution of the #7 Nurse-Midwifery Program in the United States & Dr. Poole lists her Acute Care Expertise as Postpartum & Newborn Nursing, so there is ZERO EXCUSE for what happened!

🚨 @UNM @UNM_CON just released my wife from employment, hours before her leave for the birth of our child was set to start. Days after my Lawsuit was filed & a day before the responses for the C-09 investigation were due. An active EEOC & CEEO investigations were in process!

I’ve never paid for "Bots" or fake engagement — ever.
Data doesn’t lie: @UNM tuition & fees up 455% since the Lottery Scholarship launched, while the state poured billions in subsidies.
My plan as Governor, as an Independent:
Tie funding to graduation rates & workforce outcomes, force cost controls & admin cuts, expand apprenticeships & vocational paths, & add medical campuses.
I'm still happy to discuss policy & numbers anytime, if you are willing to focus on the facts, as I worked in Higher Ed at @UNMHSC & @UNM_CON.
