🇬🇭 A customer has accused a staff member of the Adum Ghana Post office, identified as Vida Safoaa, of treating customers harshly and unprofessionally.

According to the customer, he was spoken to in a manner that left him feeling embarrassed in front of other patrons. He further alleged that several customers, particularly first-time visitors seeking assistance, were subjected to similar treatment.

The customer is calling on Ghana Post management to investigate the matter and take steps to improve customer service and professionalism at the office.

The best they could do was to look for a different car and take the injured person to the hospital. And makes sure the lady either accompany them to the hospital or take her to the nearest police station
