I recently changed my outreach content and it’s giving me the best results so far:

1. Send very casual and short DM saying something like

“Hey, saw your post about <their paint point>.. there’s a tool that does exactly what you’re looking for it will <how does it help briefly>

2. Wait for them to ask for more details

3. Only after they ask, I send the link to the site or to book a call

I never include any link or direct pitch in initial DM

and it got me ~40% reply rate 🔥
