We envision a world full of women so confident that they don’t think they are better than everyone else, but rather, they clap their hands for, and lift up, the women around them. #strongwomenlifteachotherup
#Leadership is ownership over your thoughts, behaviors, decisions, and circumstances. Life may not always offer a level playing field, but there is #power in CHOOSING to leverage whats within your control. #LEADers aren't born, they're made. What will be your outlook? #doyouLEAD

Tonight our crew attacked a challenging MetCon with fury: 8 devil presses, box jumps, and heavy deadlifts...then a 400m sprint in 4min-X4! There was no time for fear or excuses. We didn’t top times or perfect reps, but we required our LEADers to be all in, and man were they ever!
Our #LEAD women aren't afraid of iron, and we love it! Our number one priority is teaching proper movement mechanics so each LEAD woman and teen is comfortable moving load safely and effectively no matter the lift.

Mental toughness is built by doing something that is hard (or uncomfortable) over and over again, especially when you don't feel like doing it. Stay positive and proactive to push through on your down days or when you don't have your A Game. #TheChampionsMind
What's the most effective way to praise girls? Compliment them for taking on difficulty, trying different strategies and sticking to it over time. Not for how smart they are. https://t.co/JHSHofib5E
"From 88 lb. and a life full of fake smiles, anxiety and depression...
To 140lbs, focused, determined, happy and healthy, competing at The @CrossFitGames! It's amazing what you can do with consistent determination and action." —Alexis Johnson
