the official reason for the ban is that posting screenshots isn’t allowed, which isn’t true since that is not a rule that was stated prior to my ban.

one statement of truth is interpreted as accusation, resentment, specific targeting, etc etc etc. you cannot tell me the extreme reaction wasn't because the topic was colonialism- something the vast majority of us are complicit in. some of us have just yet to realize it.

@RealPhali anyway, i don’t appreciate the accusations directed at me either. i didn’t accuse anyone of anything on the server, and i didn’t lie about how i felt or what i did. y’all made mounting assumptions about my intentions, tone, feelings, and actions, and again, that’s not on me.

@RealPhali it was never about her parents specifically. i didn’t lie about that. i posted this on twitter because i was exasperated that someone could say that about mission trips so casually, but i chose to say that on twitter instead of the server bc i knew it was appropriate for there
