@justinfagnani@JoshWComeau does a great job outlining the grid approach - this has become my go-to: https://t.co/prPJEqeAVD. You can then use grid gap to manage the spacing in the right and left.
@TrentWalton There have been good improvements to subscriptions on Shopify in the past year or so. Apps like @RechargePayment and @BoldCommerce are better integrated thanks to new APIs from Shopify. You can also leverage those same APIs with your own app.
Wow, that was a #ShopifyUnite for the record books! Is @Shopify basically saying: "Psst, JS devs... come build cool stuff (and have fun) on our platform"? Amazing work @ShopifyDevs 💪
@Molson_Hart Tracking time — sure, if that’s what the agency/business needs. It doesn’t have to be done with this type of servalence software. I would be uncomfortable — even with my solid work ethic.
@Dayhaysoos I love the work you are doing with use-shopping-cart. However, if Shopify is required, I would likely leverage their Buy SDK even though it wouldn’t come with your nice library of ready-to-go hooks.
I toured @stevekrueger’s new #EcomSquare coworking space yesterday at 1758 W 8th.
Very excited to see the space become a community hub for founders & funders in the DTC ecommerce space.
@humrashid Of the 15, how many candidates have Shopify experience vs related transferable skills? For context, I am wondering if finding Shopify experience is challenging for others.
@burgessdryan Someone once threw an oversized handbag at me while I was working the customer service desk at Winners. I bet the printer carriage packed a bigger punch, ouch!
@ryanflorence The @abookapart brief on Image Performance by @wilto is outstanding. It gets into the calculations browsers use to serve the correct images - which I found super helpful!
Our development team @thejibe is growing! Reach out if you see something that interests you (even if you don't meet every requirement). I am happy to connect for a quick chat to see if there could be a fit. Tell your friends too 📣 https://t.co/xtLvrytSGH
@jensimmons Yes! I see a need for flexibility in mega menus with many shopping categories. Wanting to layout in four columns but needing flexibility to support unknown subcategory count. I know you are asking at a high level... but are you thinking a new spec or an extension of columns?
I love, love @MinaMarkham’s description of responsive mocks being keyframes. A mobile mock keyframe and desktop mock keyframe - then frontend devs need to decide what happens in between. Personally, it’s my favourite part of working on the frontend.

Thanks @NativeScript and @rollbar for sponsoring.
