@oliviaahliv For me: Never do work in your bedroom, especially not in bed. Use a sunlight alarm clock to wake up. Take melatonin 3-4 hours before you want to go to sleep. Use temperature shift on technology and blue light glasses in general. Stick to a nightly getting ready for sleep routine
