It will be very difficult right now for #BillyNomates to be feeling the positives of her incredible #Glastonbury performance, after being unjustly met with negativity in certain shitty pockets of the internet. No artist, or any human being, should be made to feel shit after working their arse off and delivering something special.

Sometimes the most maverick performers, that really change the landscape, can be the ones that get the most emotional reviews. I can’t remember what band it was that said they only want to get 1/10 reviews or 10/10 reviews and anything in the middle is pointless.

I think Tor is a brilliant artist who’s doing something really unique, and that’s perhaps sadly always going to be met with resistance from rubbernecks at their keyboards who have no investment in the thing.

I can’t imagine what she’s thinking right now, but there’s a LOT of fans out there who are on her side and always waiting for the next amazing song or performance.

Tor is asking the BBC to take down the performance which I think would be a massive shame. I would rather her set becomes the most viewed content from this year’s @glastonbury as a demonstration of her power. 👊👊👊
