@Georgeatasda I purchased a toy shop as a xmas gift When we built it on xmas eve we discovered that parts were missing. Asda said as we were organised and did our xmas shopping in Sept we are not eligible to replace a faulty item. This breaches the 2015 consumer rights act 1/2
@Georgeatasda I was shocked asda refuse to replace faulty goods and are comfortable they have dissappointed children at xmas with faulty items they then refuse to replace as we were organised and shopped in september 2/2
