@YourSSE I have been trying unsuccessfully for almost a year to have two accounts (gas and elec) combined so that we can get a smart meter. Hours spent on the phone, promises made and broken. Can someone please explain what I have to do to accomplish this?
@Qantas I have flown 2 return trips on BA recently and there is no sign of any FF points or flight credits in my QF account. Is there some sort of problem?

Seriously @British_Airways, what is the point of allowing FFs to reserve a seat when you move it iimmediately prior to check-in - with NO reconfiguration of the plane having occurred?

@Qantas continues to cover themselves in glory. It looks like someone has opened @pavsmith bike case somewhere between BNE and LHR but not been able to get all the locks and clips done up again properly. Investigation will continue when we get home and inspect for damage to bike
