Replacing prs with some kind of other artifact I really like. It’s basically about proving that you put thought into the code you deeply understand the feature you create or the problem you solve. In the past this was implicit (because otherwise you wouldn’t go through all this effort to code it all up) but since now that’s free we need another “proof of thought”.
