@AmericanAir just a word of thanks - flew yesterday through SAT/DFW/ASE. i can’t even imagine the nightmare the storm has been. We were cx twice but rebooked immed and eventually made it. Throughout it all, the AA staff was great in spite of what i know was just as nuts for them
