NEW🚨: Rachel Reeves Labour MP and Chancellor of the Exchequer failed to declare transfers and cash donations of £30,000 from Alison Wedgwood (Oct 2025), £15,000+ from others like David Sainsbury, and larger sums from figures such as Sir Victor Blank (£175,000 reported in some coverage).

Also “in kind support” from lord Ali £7,500 from donors like Lord Alli), event costs, and more. One source notes ~25 donations declared by Sept 2024, with ~£163k cash and ~£183k in-kind.

All this was final declared mid this year.

She was never investigated by UK’s Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards.

After 146 years in business, Russell & Bromley has closed its last two stores in Edinburgh and Glasgow.

More than 400 staff members have now been made redundant as a result of the closures.

Russell & Bromley said it had suffered from falling consumer footfall, rising operating costs and challenging market conditions in recent years.

This is an iconic British footwear brand that felt pressure under an anti-industry Labour government.

The Labour Party received around £700,000 from Lord Alli. Starmer received gifts from him valued around £70,000 and £100,000 towards his 2024 election campaign.

Lord Alli, without any official govt role, received a security pass allowing “unrestricted” entry to No. 10. Reports also suggest he exerted significant influence over the selection of Labour parliamentary candidates.
