@JLynchRacing Absolutely, itβs a kick in the teeth for the Irish horses to be balloted out over English horses. Itβs not as if the English horses donβt have enough opportunities on their home turf
Surely it should be for the lower grades that if the race is oversubscribed, the overseas trained horse is first removed in the balloting. Laytown today a English trained horse runs while 30 Irish horses were balloted out.
