@hormonedietdoc It's a great idea. I like the taste of it, quite often mince it and make heart, liver and beef burgers

@hormonedietdoc Thank you, I'm working on it and will continue the private route as fed up of not feeling like me. Figured out the best nutrition for me is low carb, high protein, moderate fat usually 16:8 IF. Your posts have been informative and helpful
