I can’t believe the outrageous service I have experienced with @Barclaycard Business. Shut our company credit card account with zero prior warning. Not one person can advise when it will be reactivated. “Knowyourcustomer”obviously a ploy to get rid of well paying businesses!!
@AdmiralUK I thought my car being stolen or finalising plans for my wedding next month was stressful. That was before I had to deal with the awful customer service of your claims department. Not a happy customer.
