So many issues with trains cancelled left right and centre and often the platform staff have no further information than the passengers. It has always had its issues, but the last 4 months has been hellish

Getting help from @medexpressUK is impossible. 10 days and still my prescription hasn’t been processed. Spoken with different people on the phone and via email who assure me it’ll be sorted urgently, but nothing. Newer requests have been processed since so not a backlog…..
