Why practice scientific thinking?
We used to think the role of leaders is to lay out a goal and the steps for getting there.
Today we realize it's about laying out a direction and making sure the team knows how to navigate.
Even known territory is not entirely predictable.
Do you know, or just feel like you know? Since our comprehension is always incomplete and possibly wrong, realizing that you have to test and knowing how to do that is a *life skill*. And with that skill, applied rapidly, you and your team can find your way to many tough goals.
Lean focused on waste elimination and cost cutting pretty quickly hits a wall if the organization's leadership doesn't articulate a positive vision of a future they wish to create.
Nope. Not possible. Couldn’t have happened. Must be some special effects trick. What? It was real? Ok, move over Gal Gadot; the real WonderWoman is here...
