Tricky. A car is a deadly weapon. She was definitely threatening in her intrusion into the delicate situation that ICE agents often face. She disobeyed the agents & side swiped one of them. From their pov, she was threatening, non-compliant, & dangerous. If she’d gone on to run down agents further down the street & even returned to do damage, then we’d all be saying “why didn’t the agents shoot?”
