Because sometimes people are not damaging their health with junk food… they are damaging it by not eating enough for years.

A person earning mid money but trying their best to provide a comfortable life for their parents is better than a person who can earn more but not do so by living in a revolutionary “dekho main kitna acha aadmi hu” mindset and keeping their parents in poverty.

- Poha/Besan chilla for breakfast
- 2 roti with veggies in lunch along with egg/tofu
- Some fruits for snacks in between
- 2 roti with dal veggies, along with egg/tofu
That makes it 25-30g fibre a day in your diet. Easily.
You absolutely don't need to add random chia seeds in your smoothies, drink unwanted vegetable juices or eat tons of salads. Adding unnecessary extra fibre will cause bloating and digestive issues.
Being fit is cool.
And society always dislikes the “cool”.
