If you have zero experience in any tech career, one honest route is to volunteer for unpaid gigs for a while.

Not forever ooo.

Give yourself a clear timeline.

Maybe 3 months.
Maximum 6 months.

Use that period to collect real experience.

Because the stories you need to tell in your paid interviews are usually hidden inside those few months of real work.

If you’ve never worked on a real project, it’s hard to explain:

How you handled feedback.
How you worked with a team.
How you solved problems.
How you managed deadlines.
How you dealt with unclear requirements.

These are the things interviewers listen for.

You are not being used if you are intentional about it.

You just know that this is your “free work bus stop.”

No go build house there.

Stop at that bus stop, collect the experience, package the stories properly…

then move to the next stop:

Paid work. Don’t mention..
