@keithcb49@AlexSmithEcho I also have heard a couple of times today that we don’t know where are games will be next season? Not sure what’s happening there I assumed we would still be at Ringwood considering the investment the club made 4 years ago
@keithcb49@AlexSmithEcho It is concerning seeing big players like quirk leave to join teams in the same division. Does raise concerns about what the future holds and what’s going on behind closed doors.
@Chikezie03@JacobsBen Yer how’s he’s always worked, was on 2 year with us then +1 but has always seen out his contracts too and only left at the end.
Top guy and top manager
@Magyar_bmb@BBCMOTD First time I saw it I thought it was a pen but after seeing the highlight the arse player clearly plays for the pen and pulls the defender over. Stupid move and definitely not a pen.
If he put that much effort into shooting he may have scored
@motleytoon1@keithcb49 Fair enough all are allowed thier own view. Mine personally is that he got afcb to 6th with a small squad on a limited budget. At Liverpool with the squad and budget available I think there is a fair chance he could bring success to the club
@alexdeutsch@arnoldsavoir I suspect a bigger issue is the money he is rumoured to be on is double are highest paid player. He is 31 with 1 year on his contract and has 2/3 years left in him at this level. Move would make no sense for him or us.
Ake would be best severed taking the next year then moving
@keithcb49@motleytoon1 I’d also add that as a toon fan you should be aware that just because a manager comes from Bournemouth doesn’t mean they can not achieve things for larger clubs
@AddyFi A good move for him, a 4 year contract will see out his career so had to take the opportunity to earn as much as possible. Guy gave his all for us up until the end so I wish him all the best
@Forest_Review If only there was a system put in place that teams who win more stay up and those that don’t go down!
Seems a fair way than choosing teams who haven’t won’t the league in over 35 years and spent most of it outside the prem 😂
@AyJayL@its_mr_0 With a full pre season he has the time to assess and do as he pleases. He seems to prefer a 4-4-2 diamond high press which isn’t too dissimilar from AI 4-2-3-1 (ish) but may affect selection further.
Be interesting to see who leaves
@AyJayL@its_mr_0 He certainly hasn’t set the world alight but so often with new players that’s the way. Scott, Semenyo, Solanke, hill all took time to settle so I still hold out hope. Also with a new manager it will be interesting to see what his preferred 11 is, No doubt there will be changes
