I created a whiteboard template on Canva and let pupils have the change to add post it notes to it (remember to lock elements, I forgot the first time) and then it gave me a chance to have a meaningful conversation and the summary will allow us to have a visual reminder of this.
My wonderful colleague and friend Mrs Gauffre, introduced me to Class Charters. And initially I was skeptical. But surely they know the school rules? Are they not all going to be the same? Why am I wasting a lesson on this?
