Surah Yusuf (Chapter 12) is a Makkan surah with 111 verses, revealed during a time of hardship for Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. Allah calls it “Aḥsan al-Qaṣaṣ” (the best of stories) [12:3].
This powerful duʿāʾ was made by Prophet Yunus (AS) in the depths of darkness, the darkness of the night, the sea, and the belly of the whale.
It is a reminder that:
No matter how deep our hardship,
No matter how heavy our mistakes +
One of the greatest blessings of Surah Kahf is its protection from the trial of Dajjal. The Prophet ﷺ taught that whoever memorizes the first ten verses of this powerful Surah will be safeguarded from the fitnah of Dajjal , the greatest test of faith near the end of times.
Amid the trials faced by Gaza, Surah Al-Asr offers a quiet reminder: success lies in steadfast faith, sincere good deeds, speaking the truth, and choosing patience, even in the most difficult moments.
