GEMS is a biweekly program dedicated to support individuals living with mild to moderate cognitive impairment and their caretakers. It provides psychotherapy, art therapy, physical therapy, cognitive stimulation, occupational therapy, social activities, and caregiver support sessions in addition to follow up with a geriatric psychiatrist.
