@KLM My son took a chance and went to Schiphol Airport and got his luggage. KLM please notify your customers to retrieve their luggage. Countless hours on the phone could have been avoided.

@KLM PIR system has no info and your customer care operators are not providing any updates. Why didn’t you provide vouchers to the entire flight knowing no one would receive their baggage?

@KLM @Schiphol Nothing is being done. Day 3 of no luggage and having to contact KLM several times with no information. Schiphol strike caused entire flight to not receive its luggage. Shame on you for punishing customers for labour disputes.
