6 years ago I left Lebanon for a normal life with my family in Amsterdam. Today, the terrorist party that destroyed my country and drove me out is glorified on Dam Square.
How is this acceptable in the Netherlands? The suicidal empathy of the European Left makes me sick!
Gary Neville, unsurprisingly, is missing the point on Lisandro Martinez. He's not attacking his teammates, but merely protecting them from a hierarchy that caused a 19-year-old CB to play left-back in a Champions League game.

Lisandro Martinez’s view that Michael Carrick has been sold short and the squad has not been equipped with the depth to fight on multiple fronts is shared by several senior players - and football staff. It has been discussed in the dressing room with the club aware of frustrations around recruitment.
There was a fear ahead of the campaign that the squad would not be strengthened properly - the lack of cover at left-back and striker were major concerns, which is evidenced in how much the need for reinforcements was stressed during pre-season interviews.
Told the driving reason behind Martinez’s airing these grievances publicly is fury that Carrick is likely going to lose his job despite not being given the tools to have a fair crack, and players are sick of reset after reset, without questions asked of the people in charge and what direction they’re taking the club in.
Carrick and the team have faced criticism, accepted it, and owned up to performances being nowhere near good enough.
Where is the accountability from the people who keep leading the club to one doom spiral after another?
Martinez is not the only Man Utd player fuming with INEOS. Bruno feels he's been lied to (not signed that contract), Shaw and Maguire didn't feel they were able to be regular starters and asked for more and Carrick was furious for not getting a LB and CB. Martinez is speaking for most the players at the club.
These players were calling for more in Aug before the window shut because they knew we had an opportunity to close the gap, and watched our ownership lie, make excuses and rubbish PR stories and not do anything to help out. The manager and squad feel betrayed and that mood has leaked into the dressing room and likely impacted the mood and performances this season.
Wilcox needs to go, Glazers need to sell. Martinez is not the only player furious with the higher ups.
This wasn’t even spare of the moment he was ready to talk before he even stood in front of that camera because he just keep talking, interviewer couldn’t believe his luck. Squad defo got promised big investment and ambition to evolve. They & Carrick got let down.
🚨 Lisandro Martinez on whether Carrick was backed : “I don't think so. He does his best, but every season is different. You can't stay with what you did last season. Teams know how you play; they know every detail. If you don't change, it's a big problem.
It's easy to blame the coach, and it's easy to blame the players, but we also have to look at other areas.”
Wilcox told the players, after sacking Amorim in January, that he expects them to qualify for the champions league this season. They upheld their end of the bargain along with Carrick and in return these bastards gave them a 90 million net spend in the most important summer in the club's recent history lol. Obviously they would feel pissed and betrayed.
spot on he has his own issues but imagine you look to your left in a champions league game away to atelti and a 19 year old centre back is playing LB because the club have yet again failed to deliver when it matters.
Licha's outburst pretty much confirms that the dressing room hasn't downed tools on Carrick. If anything, they probably feel very strongly about him which is why there's so much anger against the board.
From this article. Bar one season since Sir Alex left, Manchester United have continued to underspend in seasons they were in the Champions League as opposed to seasons they weren’t. Glazernomics. #MUFC@AttackingFooty
No joke I’ve been thinking about this for years. Why I’ve left the body language convo alone. A lot of these players should’ve been more mad years ago.
Rashy scored 30 goals and Bruno created 32 big chances, both got rewarded with a 9 goal striker after being told its Kane.
Centre-back Ayden Heaven playing left-back because we only have one left-back and he’s injured. Winger Bryan Mbeumo playing up front because we only have one out-and-out striker and he’s injured. Fuck the Glazers, man. Oily little mutants
>Manchester United miss numerous chances
>The opposition scores either the best or worst goal you'll see all week
>Baffling officiating decision is made & ruins the game
>Carrick waits too long to make changes whilst poor (form or quality) players carry on
Rinse & repeat.
Un enfant de 7ans qui voyait ça chaque week-ends et un bon jour vous voulez le faire croire qu’un nain qui fait des zigzag est le goat ptdrrr vous êtes fou
