I think Drake’s biggest strength is his versatility but after More Life (in which he called a playlist) it became a weakness his albums stopped feeling cohesive and started sounding again like playlists instead of complete projects

He figured this out with his 3 separate album releases (not just the UMG deal) that’s exactly why ICEMAN is his best received project in years, there aren’t any random R&B/Pop/Dance tracks that come out of nowhere…

(The quality has always been there with Drake i don’t think it ever fell away like people claim, i think in large part this is the reason why)
