@FinMinNigeria@cenbank The support services provided by @myaccessbank@accessbank_help for customers outside of Nigeria is really no help. Their nonchalant approach and lack of support is gravely inadequate and consequently devastating.

Your bank that came in at 5am. How is the time zone difference not even factored. Was that supposed to be be up at 5am answering a call from my bank support?
@accessbank_help - I am uncertain how to navigate this. I have been sent another customers form, which is concerning. How is this not a privacy violation. I spoke with an agent that took my complaint. Nothing has been resolved, my account still blocked as well.

@accessbank_help Nothing has been resolved, instead a got a prefilled form sent to me(customer privacy concern). The complaint I made about my account being blocked has still not been resolved. You have not idea the impact this has made.
@accessbank_help@myaccessbank All effort to reach your customer support has been futile. As a customer in diaspora, It has been a nightmare to get through to the bank. Is this a warning for all users in diaspora to avoid your bank? As there seems to be no help measures for such.

@VirginAtlantic You were able to refund the booking cost but not the ancillary charges. Both times the bookings were done from your website. This is unacceptable!!
@VirginAtlantic, both times, booking confirmed, Only to discover that the booking has been cancelled, with no advisement whatsoever. If this is a new trick to Defraud Innocent Flyers of African decent, do let us know.
@VirginAtlantic This is unacceptable. You should be ashamed of yourselves. It is the second time my flight has been cancelled for FRAUD!!! I booked the flight with my card, IN MY NAME!!! but because I am BLACK from a west African country.
