@USPSHelp How desperate is a person who would stay on hold with the USPS's customer service for 2 hours? Pretty desperate. 2 hours. Please advise on how I can get help locating my lost/undelivered mail.

@USPSHelp Called USPS at 1-718-436-1675. Was transferred to customer service (I think...or maybe they just put me on hold). Now on hold for 1 hour, 43 minutes, 50 seconds.

@USPSHelp Did you know...now on hold for 1 hour, 34 minutes, 33 seconds. Plus, most postal facilities I called did not answer their phones. When I did get a human they quickly put me on hold...for 1 hour, 34 minutes and 33 seconds.
