@evriuksupport is it normal for the app to say a parcel has JUST been delivered, when it hasn’t been, and I’m 2 weeks into a very painful and annoying process to prove that it’s been lost or stolen?!?

@MartinSLewis What annoys me is when I squeeze everything into a small cabin bag so I don’t have to pay extra and then airline takes it off me at the gate anyway because there are too many cabin bags.
