Our town got walloped by Helene, it wasn’t expected to be as bad as it ended up being here. We’re all okay, very lucky that none of our big trees fell and that the one large limb that came down just missed the house. Most of the town has no power and likely won’t for some time.

@sewnbysharks Super relatable, I’ve had people say they thought I was rude/aloof when I first met them, and were surprised I wasn’t later. I’m like “uhhh I was probably tired and on the brink of heat stroke.” 😂

My phone died 3 months ago, the charging port broke, lived off my iPad and work phone for that period and forgot my phone and the bird app existed for a hot minute. Got a magnetic charger so it’s alive again. Scrolled for like two minutes… think I’ll just let it die again. 😂
