i stopped selling AI automation
here's what i sell instead
used to walk into meetings and say:
"we'll automate your workflows"
"AI will handle the repetitive stuff"
"you'll save 20 hours a week"
close rate? maybe 15%
businesses heard "automation" and pictured:
→ robots replacing their team
→ systems they don't understand
→ becoming dependent on tech that breaks
fear kills deals
so i changed the pitch completely
now i sell "employee amplification"
same exact service
completely different frame
here's how it works:
old pitch: "we'll automate your invoice processing"
new pitch: "tinky winky spends 6 hours a day matching invoices. what if tinky winky did that in 11 minutes and spent the rest of the day on supplier negotiations—the thing you actually hired him for?"
old pitch: "AI will handle your customer emails"
new pitch: "po answers 200 emails a day. 180 of them are the same 12 questions. what if po only handled the 20 that actually needed a human brain, and spent the rest of the time closing deals?"
the client doesn't want fewer employees
they want better employees
they hired tinky winky because tinky winky is brilliant at negotiation
but tinky winky is drowning in data entry
they hired po because po closes deals
but po is buried in inbox management
automation isn't about replacing tinky winky and po
it's about unleashing them
when you pitch replacement, you trigger fear
when you pitch amplification, you trigger excitement
"your team is about to become superhuman"
"same headcount, 3x the output"
"tinky winky finally does what you hired tinky winky for"
close rate went from 15% to over 60%
same service
same price
same delivery
different story
stop selling automation
start selling what automation enables
comment "AMPLIFY" and i'll send you the exact pitch framework + the discovery questions that uncover who tinky winky and po are in every business
I created my LinkedIn account 50 weeks ago.
Since starting I've added $100,000+ to my agency pipeline, built 9,500 connections, and logged 3,168,255 impressions.
This month LinkedIn has already driven five figures in revenue to SEO Stuff.
Use my system before LinkedIn tightens the algorithm again.
If you want the full cheat sheet with engagement group templates, carousel playbooks, DM workflows and more, follow me, repost this, and reply “LinkedIn Growth Guide.”
You must do all 3 to receive the DM.
Here is what is working best right now on LinkedIn:
High impact proof posts are still performing at the top.
Metrics by themselves do not perform, but metrics with the story or process behind them continue to generate reach and inbound.
Short story posts are performing extremely well.
The feed is oversaturated with list posts, but under saturated with tight, relatable stories that pull readers in.
A quick client win, a failure, a moment of learning or a small pivot all work well.
Conversation starter posts are still one of the most effective drivers of reach.
A bold question, a clear stance, or a challenge that invites responses tends to get early comments which boosts distribution.
Native formats continue to do well.
Text posts, carousels and native video are favored over link out posts.
Posting external links in the main body still reduces reach.
If you need to link externally, add value inside the post first and change the image preview.
Dwell time continues to matter.
If people read the entire post, swipe multiple carousel slides, or watch your video mostly or completely, your post gains momentum in the feed.
Consistent topic authority is now more important than ever.
The more consistently you speak about a topic, the more LinkedIn classifies you as a subject area voice and shows your posts to people who follow or engage with that topic.
Audience overlap across niches is also important.
If you regularly engage in 2 to 3 adjacent niches, LinkedIn expands your distribution into those networks.
This works especially well for people posting about growth, marketing, entrepreneurship or content strategy.
Reposting high performers still works extremely well.
Most of your audience never saw your post the first time, so reposting with new hooks and different framing after 2 to 4 weeks continues to generate strong results.
Posts that generate replies to replies are being shown for longer.
Deeper comment threads are positively weighted.
My posting routine stays the same:
I post 3 times per day, every day of the week.
Morning is a strong point of view or a proof based story.
Afternoon is a carousel, annotated screenshot or case study.
Evening is a lesson, framework or mini thread.
Skipping even one day affects reach the next day.
Formats pulling the best right now:
Carousels with slide 1 containing a bold headline tied to a result or pain, middle slides containing 3 to 5 steps or visuals, and a final slide that includes a direct call to action such as “Comment guide if you want the full version.”
Short native videos under 60 seconds with a strong first 2 to 3 seconds hook.
Subtitles matter and behind the scenes walkthroughs perform better than polished productions.
Text or micro threads that start with a sharp hook, use tight 1 to 2 line paragraphs, include 3 to 5 takeaways, and end with a question that invites replies.
Proof breakdowns where you share a specific result or insight and break it down in 3 to 4 clear steps.
Conversation driven posts where you present a provocative question, a counterintuitive insight, or a thought that encourages discussion and multilevel comments.
Posts that are losing traction:
Link out posts without proper framing.
Posts that show metrics but offer no explanation of how the results happened.
Walls of text with no spacing.
Posts that feel generic, overly safe or interchangeable.
Posts where you never reply to comments.
Engagement and community strategy:
Leave 20 or more meaningful comments per day in your niche.
Like 50 or more posts per day and focus on posts that already have comment energy.
Reply to every comment on your own posts within the first hour.
Repost your best content every 5 to 7 days with a new hook.
DM 5 to 10 people per day with value tied to something they posted.
Encourage comment threads by asking follow up questions, tagging commenters, or driving the discussion deeper.
LinkedIn is heavily rewarding repeat engagement where the same people engage across multiple posts and rewarding deeper comment chains where replies spark new replies.
Hooks and angles performing extremely well right now:
I started this account 50 weeks ago. Here is exactly what $100,000 in pipeline looks like.
This 4 slide carousel booked 5 calls in 24 hours. Here is slide 1.
If I had to rebuild LinkedIn from zero in 2025, here is the exact system I would use.
The 3 post per day routine I rely on to drive consistent inbound.
$X this month from LinkedIn posts. Here is how I did it.
Always back hooks with proof.
Screenshots, analytics, client outcomes or real stories.
Without them the hook loses impact.
Here is the 30 day LinkedIn growth plan that works today:
Post 3 times per day with at least one proof based post.
Comment on 20 or more posts per day with real insight.
Like 50 or more posts per day.
Reply to all comments within the first hour.
Repost your top posts weekly.
DM 5 to 10 people per day with context first value.
Track impressions, comment depth, leads and repeat commenters weekly.
Experiment with hooks, formats and timing every week.
LinkedIn remains one of the best opportunities for inbound leads and long term growth in 2025.
Run this system for 30 days.
Screenshot your Day 31 results and tag me when inbound starts.

You must do all 3 for the DM.
Starting an AI ecom agency right now = what launching a Facebook ad agency felt like in 2017.
But with one massive upgrade: no filming, no editing teams, no media budget required.
You build automated AI engines that produce daily product videos at scale using AI UGC.
The model is simple:
- Clients pay for outcomes
- Each account can grow to $15K–$50K/mo in retainers
RT + drop “AI” in the comments and I’ll share the full setup.
stop wasting time building offers no one buys
the fastest way to make money isn’t creating your own product - it’s using someone else’s proven offer
most creators drown in product creation, they spend weeks scripting, recording or writting...only to launch something nobody buys
use offers that are already validated, and focus on distribution
i broke down the full playbook inside the pdf — the models, the angles, the positioning, and how to pull this off without creating a single product yourself
like, rt & comment “STEAL” and I’ll send it over
My AI Instagram girl is bringing in $25K a month
Just reached 100K, most of her reels go viral
Nobody notices she is AI
If you want to try creating an AI influencer yourself, like, retweet, and comment “IG.” FOLLOW Must and I will send you a guide with instructions.
