Je suis chef d’entreprise:

Je dois tenir une comptabilité stricte et rigoureuse tous les jours.

Je dois faire mes déclarations tous les mois (sinon grosse amende)

Je dois justifier chaque dépense de mon entreprise par une facture ou un reçu, et si par malheur je n’ai pas le reçu du café a 2,50€ payé il y a 8 mois je me fais soulever.

Si je paye un resto de deux couverts ou + je dois justifier avec qui j’etais, dans quel but, prendre les noms, garder l’emploi du temps et les échanges de mails en mémoire.

Si je gere mal mon entreprise, je peux etre poursuivi pour faute de gestion, etre interdit de gerer une société, aller en prison.

Tout cela alors que l’argent de l’entreprise est le mien vu que je suis solopreneur / freelance.

Et j’en passe…

Il faut tout reprendre à 0.
Changer ce systeme rongé jusqu’à la moelle par des personnes qui chaque jour n’ont que faire du peuple français dont ils se fichent éperdument.

This guy bought Samsung’s 990 Pro 4 TB SSD when it was ~$330 and now Samsung REFUSES to replace it as the SSD now costs ~$950 due to the AI boom.

The SSD came with a 5-year warranty but started malfunctioning after just one year.

He sent Samsung evidence showing the drive was malfunctioning. Samsung rejected his claim, said it was working fine, and mailed it back to him.

When asked for a replacement, Samsung said the SSD was “out of stock” and couldn’t be replaced, offering only a refund of the original ~$330 purchase price.

The problem? The same SSD is currently IN STOCK and selling for around $950, so the refund wouldn’t even buy a replacement.

He’s now taking legal action against Samsung.

At this point, replacing the SSD would’ve probably been cheaper for Samsung than fighting the lawsuit. 😭

Pour la télévision via internet : 178 €.
Restaurer ou sauvegarder vos données sur un téléphone : 50 €.
Installer un jeu vidéo : 15 €.

Un foyer français paierait 500 € de taxe par an en moyenne…
