I am proud to announce that the SDR++ #Falcon9 live decoder is almost done!!! Managed to get it down to 15% CPU total! This module makes decoding the falcon9 as easy just clicking a button. I hopefully will release it tomorrow, so stay tuned! #SDR#SDRPP
@JamesMcPherson@rhensing it's for people who carry their phone in their back pocket and then sit down. With the duo though it doesn't make much sense because it can't fit in a pocket unfolded. But with the iphone 6 it was a known issue and why tech channels started testing for it: https://t.co/JXIwkrz6F4
SDR++ 1.3.2 is out with a few more bugfixes: RTL-SDR @rtlsdrblog devices are now properly selected when multiple are connected. Also the version of libiio in the windows build was updated so network auto-detection should now work properly. Download at https://t.co/DqvgHMZUbH
@C0NWIC the very first thing in his bio is "AI", he constantly posts about AI and the post in question implies that he AI reverse engineered something. I think it's more than fair to refer to him as an "AI bro".
@Glormba If you can buy something at walmart it's not a "bubble". Even if you dont know what an "adapter" is, you can google "how to connect pc to old tv" ot just ask any employee at the store.
@sharifhsn@whenihadoralsex He claimed he used AI to "reverse engineer", there is nothing to reverse engineer. This is so fucking dumb that if you don't see why people are clowning on the guy you should probably get yourself checked.
@whenihadoralsex None require a driver, I've used a bunch over the years. You plug in HDMI, you get composite out, and if the TV is garbage and only has RF in, you use a modulator. It's not fucking rocket science, and it just works. You don't need AI for any of this bullshit.
@Glormba HDMI to composite adapter, and if it's a garbage tier TV without composite in you use a modulator. Both cost nothing and are easily found online or in stores that sell tech. I own at least 3. You can also just use an old GPU that had composite/s-video out.
How long have they done this by default? Is it new? Very few people want to deal with conformal coating on their boards. I really don't understand the reasoning.
Forecast: humid. Your PCB: brought a raincoat. โ
It's conformal coating, a thin acrylic layer that helps keep out moisture and dust.
On Standard PCBA, we coat the whole board unless your order remark says otherwise (with images).

New SDR++ nightly build: The PlutoSDR source now recognises more devices, the RTL-SDR binaries have been updated to support the @rtlsdrblog V4L (untested, ain't got one of those), and a bandplan for indonesia has been added. Download at https://t.co/DqvgHMZmm9
I think we should all agree that the company in question made an unforgiveable fuck up and none of their future certificates should be trusted. They should be going out of business just about now.
@CapacitAnas I use their services all the time as well. Their post sounds like they're announcing that every PCBA order will be conformal coated unless specified not to. They should probably double check their tweets before publishing...
