@AmericanAir hi! Why would you guys just reschedule our reservation for today and not inform us???? How do we get someone on the phone? How can you possibly have a 4 hour wait on your calls? I need to talk to someone immediately!!!!!

@AmericanAir please help! I’ve been tryin to reach you since yesterday after you moved my dads from direct flight LAX-JFK to a one stop flight LAX-WNR. My father is a senior citizen and cannot take a 10 h overnight flight to New Jersey, when he needs to me in Q/NYC Please help!

@AmericanAir I need your help: the flight that I booked for my dad LAX-JFK @ 12:30 was canceled and he was moved to another flight @ 6:30pm LAX - EWR. This flight is impossible for him to take. Please move him to the Monday flight LAX - JFK to @ 12:30 instead.
